Introduction of seamless pipe:                             A seamless pipe is a long strip of steel with a hollow section and no joints around it. This pipe is characterized by its complete jointless structure, which allows it to show high strength and pressure resistance in a variety of applications. The production of seamless tubes involves the tube billet (a round metal material) being processed into capillary tubes by a process such as hot perforation, and then cold rolled or cold drawn into the finished product. The manufacturing process of seamless pipe includes two main ways: hot rolling (extrusion of seamless steel pipe) and cold drawing (rolling) seamless steel pipe. In the process of hot rolling (extrusion of seamless steel pipe), the tube blank is first heated, and then perforated through the perforator, and then through multiple processes such as three-roll skew rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion, and finally through the sizing machine to determine the inner diameter of the steel pipe. The process of cold drawing (rolling) seamless steel pipe is more complex, including heating, perforation, head, annealing, pickling, oiling (copper plating) and other steps. Seamless pipe applications are very wide, including but not limited to petroleum, chemical, natural gas, power equipment manufacturing and mechanical equipment manufacturing industries. Its superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance make it an important material in these fields. Seamless pipes can also be used according to different application needs, using different materials and manufacturing processes to adapt to various working environments and condition.

Raw material preparation: The main raw material of seamless steel pipe is steel ingot or solid tube blank. The quality of these raw materials directly affects the quality of seamless steel pipes.          2. Heating: heating the raw material to the appropriate temperature to make it easy to bend and plastic deformation.                          3. Perforation: Use the perforator to perforate the ingot or tube blank to form a hollow tube.              4. Rolling: Through the tube rolling machine will be thick wall tube into thin wall tube. This step is designed to ensure that the pipe has a high wall thickness uniformity. 5. Diameter reduction: The use of diameter reduction machine to accurately adjust the outer diameter of the pipe to improve the outer diameter accuracy and roundness of the hot rolled finished pipe. 6. Cooling: the rolled steel pipe is cooled. 7. Straightening: The steel pipe is straightened by the straightening machine to eliminate bending and skew. 8. Water pressure test and inspection: water pressure test and inspection of the steel pipe to ensure that there are no defects inside. 9. Marking and warehousing: Qualified steel pipes are marked and stored in the warehouse. The production methods of seamless steel pipes are mainly divided into diagonal rolling method (Mennesmann method) and extrusion method. The skew rolling method is suitable for the production of carbon steel and low alloy steel pipes, while the extrusion method is suitable for the production of high strength alloy steel pipes. The cold processing of seamless steel pipe includes cold drawing method and cold rolling method, which is used to improve the dimensional accuracy and processing finish of the steel pipe, and improve the mechanical properties of the material.
